Cross-complainant Gerald Armstrong has been
served with a subpoena duces tecum requiring him to
produce certain documents at his deposition set for
October 29, 1986.

The documents are essentially those listed
in Cross-defendant’s Request for Production of Document
served at the same time as the subpoena duces tecum.
Cross-complainant relies on his Response to the Request
for Production, attached hereto, as his response and
objections to the subpoena duces tecum.
